Breaking Borders | Spellbound is an exhibit to be held at Tangent Galleries in Detroit, MI. It is a show centered around breaking beliefs or misconceptions about reality, spiritualism, mysticism, fantasy, alchemy, illusion and all things pertaining to M A G I C. The call for art asks its artists, "Have you explored the depths of the mystical realms? What kind of spell does your craft cast upon you?" My artwork, "Lovely Cafe Book of Wishes" is a hand-painted, embroidered and sewn tool of magic that grants wishes. It will be exhibited alongside local Detroit and national artists.
